Acclaimed writer and professor of journalism at UC Berkeley, Michael Pollan, was interviewed for the "City Arts and Lectures" science series regarding his most recent book, "In Defense of Food ." He gave us his advice with regards to what we should be eating in a seven word statement, "Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants." We all enjoyed his articulate answers to a variety of questions. We learned that some interesting trivia from Carolyn's mom too- that one of his sisters is married to Michael J. Fox!
